What happens to my TechComply Hardware Limited Warranty now that you are Solve Healthcare?

Much like your service agreements, active warranty agreements were transferred to Solve Healthcare and will be serviced under the same terms and conditions.

I noticed that Solve Healthcare makes mention of attorneys, can we rely on you for legal advice?

Solve Healthcare is staffed with top-notch HIPAA compliance attorneys, but we work with our outside counsel to facilitate attorney-client relationships for our clients.

We don’t use Allscripts, can you still help us?

Yes. Although we have specific expertise with the Allscripts Pro Suite of products, our EHR/PM Optimization team is well-versed with other applications, including Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Epic, Greenway, NextGen and PracticeFusion.




I am a TechComply client, what happens to my agreement now that you are Solve Healthcare?

We distributed notices to all of our clients informing them of changes occurring at the Company. If you did not receive this message, not to worry, your agreements were transferred to Solve Healthcare. The terms and rates stipulated in your agreement did not change.

Where can I get a copy of my agreement?
