Health Information Technology Expert

Job Description:

The Health Information Technology Expert is responsible for the implementation and configuration of the technical infrastructure, including electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) software, layered software, hardware platform and operating system. Regularly consults with clients on best practices, issue resolution and experience guidance in order to improve the performance/reliability of client’s technical architecture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • IS/IT related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in troubleshooting, and support, with client facing responsibilities
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Some client account management experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospital or medical practice setting
  • Microsoft MSCE certification beneficial

Sales Executive

Job Description:

The Sales Executive qualifies and sells to clients and/or potential clients of the Company. The Sales Executive serves as the main marketing and sales contact coordinating all activities up to and including contract execution for specific sets of solutions.

The Sales Executive is responsible for the following key sales activities:

  • Developing long term working relationships with Partners.
  • Strategize with Directors regarding effective selling approaches and forecasting potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop presentations to Partners and prospective clients, generate leads and qualify all opportunities.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, client referrals and responding to sales inquiries.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable of our market, the industry trends and our competitors.
  • Participate in industry events and national conferences
  • Assists in the development of new marketing strategies, promotional plans and marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience selling integrated healthcare technology and/or compliance solutions
  • Strong healthcare background
  • Extensive knowledge of the health information technology
  • Proven track record in complex sales
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Demonstrated experience with formal presentations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and approach
  • Self-motivated and ability to multi-task working both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare consulting or sales is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and develop new business, with a proven track record of exceeding established sales targets
  • Experience selling medical practices, hospitals and enterprise institutions
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-confident, self-motivated, energetic, tenacious and resolute, with a high sense of urgency and a strong drive to produce results
  • Customer service, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, product knowledge, and presentation skills
